All cookies are made fresh in small batches in our Nashik kitchen. Product images are representative — actual appearance may vary slightly batch to batch.

We list allergens to the best of our knowledge, but our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Eggless variants are available for select products and are clearly labelled. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All orders are prepaid — cash on delivery is not offered.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). GST at 5% and the delivery charge for your pincode are added at checkout and shown as separate lines before you pay. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or full refund.

We dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation on working days (Monday–Saturday). Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode and courier partner.

Delivery is charged at the live courier rate for your pincode and order weight, shown at checkout before payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses given at checkout.

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns and we do not refund delivered orders.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos at support@culturedcookieco.com. Once verified we send a free replacement at our cost.

You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, before we begin baking. After that, cancellation is not possible as the batch will already be in preparation.

To cancel, email support@culturedcookieco.com immediately with your order number. A cancellation is effective only once we confirm it by email; the amount paid is then returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
